Note there are no starboard access/maintenance panels.
This structural beam at the nacelle/pylon mount was lost of the port side.

Aft and above the shuttle bay with docking mount telescoping out to dock.
Dead aft of the shuttle bay.
Inspection of the docking mount telescoping out to dock.
. . .the 'automatic landing approach system Mk IV' test resulted in a splash of an (unmanned) shuttlecraft on the aft shield over the landing bay.
