Zog's PL TOS Kitbash Completed Part 1

Engineering Test Vehicle, ETV-'Lucky'7

History of ETV-'Lucky'7

Engineering Test Vehicle "Lucky" 7:
Often regarded as the most dangerous vehicle in the Fleet, to it's own crew!  Considered a prime duty station for technical types, it's actually more of a 'punitive detail' for crew.   Testing NEW! and IMPROVED! engines and weapons systems might be highly interesting to the scientists and techies.   But waiting for; your warp engines to turn inside out (again) or yet another warp core breach can be a bit . . . nerve wracking.   Testing a brand new type of phaser array (and having it constantly arc out through the main hull) is annoying.  And the 'automatic landing approach system Mk IV' test resulted in a splash of (unmanned) shuttlecraft of the aft shield over the landing bay.
Officially named the White Sands it's unofficially called the the White Smoke.
Or the Wander.
As in:
Wander what'll go wrong next.
Wandering is another warp core breach in progress.
Wander what THAT was?
Wanders never cease (to blow up).

Attention all hands we have received our station duty assignment.  We will be stationed at the new J-57 station.  Helm move us away from the Zog Advanced Physics Research Lab's ship yard. Lay in a course for the rendezvous with the station deployment convoy, at the Sparky construction yards.  Best speed. . .
