Finding Nacelles that are in scale with the Huron
Checking the 1/1600th scale nacelles from the 3-ship set with the reference drawings.
Checking the 1/2500th scale nacelles from the old common Enterprise kit.
The simplified version of the Huron with an additional cargo hold.
The ship gets the Polar Lights Ent. kit nacelles, and some sensor tubes.
Joe completes some more details needed for the more complicated version of the Huron on Tuesday April 13, 04:
. . . tonight's work: the goofy slab under the bow, a connector tube, and the very odd empennage.
Joe uses 'lofting' to build up the odd shape of a cargo area under the primary hull.
The additional cargo hold walled in.
Another fin is added & the profile is viewed next to the reference views.
