I now have 2 good castings to work with for the madcat leg, it needs a brush with the belt sander and then some screens and other things.

Tony's Brace is on top, mine is on the bottom and only the front most sliver of foam is glued down. There's a full foam Hex base under tony's cross brace on top of a another scrap of foam. I have 2 card board hexagons cut out, one is 12 inches from tip to tip, the other is 12 inches from flat edge to flat edge, the foam cut out is the larger one (12 inches from flat edge to flat edge). |

Solid cast madcat leg, has a piece of brass stock embedded for strength. I now have 2 good castings to work with for the madcat leg, it needs a brush with the belt sander and then some screens and other things. |
