Pre-Brainstorming Review of Tony's Concept Sketch Homework

Tony:
"Sorry I haven't been in touch lately due to work.

I just got home from the meeting we had a very productive idea session in some ways.  Neil had some great sketches which I will add in a later email.

When Neil and Joe left, Larry and I did a cardboard mock-up of a newer structure that evolved from the problems that we were were having with the current particular concept we were working out in foam.  I'll get to those pics as well later in another e-mail.

Anyways the following sketches might be ALL obsolete in some ways if not all, but I'll send them anyway just for the ideas in them.

The vertical and horizontal support arms made of 1/2 Tony:
"This is the vertical and horizontal support arms made of 1/2" pvc pipe.  The connectors are modified pvc fittings and thick styrene with select greeblies from Joe.  I figure the bottom attachment to the floor needed a massive series of oversized fasteners."
a rough idea of a cover to an underground motor that makes the turntable, 'turn'. Tony:
"This next pic is just a rough idea of a cover to an underground motor that makes the turntable 'turn'.  This is the forward part of the base."
The next pic is a top 3/4 view of the whole enchilada. Front and rear. Tony:

mountain face with a verticle door. . . temporary supports to hold up crumbling rock. Tony:
"The next pic is the mountain face with a verticle door.
The long skinny structures on either side of the garage door are temporary supports to hold up crumbling rock.

This is one messy unfinished sketch looking in from the outside. Tony:
