When pouring the other half of the mold be sure and consider pour and or relief vents.

All the 'keys' and surfaces of the mold which will come in contact with the second
pour's RTV needs coating with 20%naptha/80%vaseline release agent.

Microwave the petroleum jelly then add the naptha to thin it enough to coat the mold in
a thin coat, don't let it sit to long before pouring the next RTV layer, re-coat if you
let it sit (longer than a day) if it bonds to the other half you'll kick yourself.

|
If your box was made of legos stacked on a lego base plate, the next half
of the mold can be boxed by stacking more legos on the bottom.
