Flooding at the [Fox] River's Edge, South Elgin

Looking at the dam

	The lip of the dam is unusally clear of debris.
Looking up river from the dam.
The river is trying to back up over the dam.
This tree is normally apart of the park, the river is over flowing the cement lip that normally demarcates the shore line.
	It almost looks like the river has crested, the next day though the water was much higher.
